Welcome to the 7-Day Meditation experience, where you can tap into the power of intention-setting.

DAY 1

Meditation: Intention Setting

On day one, we will set our intention either for this challenge or just for today, and learn how to be more present.

DAY 2

Meditation: Breath Exercise

This powerful breathing exercise is also known as ‘box breathing’. It’s a super-helpful tool to have up your sleeve, especially if you are struggling with anxiety, panic attacks or stress. It will help to calm your nervous system and relax your body.

DAY 3

Meditation: Heart Breath

In this meditation you will drop out of your ever thinking mind and connect with the feelings in your heart

DAY 4

Meditation: Sound Bath

Lean back and let the healing vibrations of the Alchemy sound bowls take you on a journey into deep relaxation. In this meditation there is nothing for you to do, just relax and enjoy and let the sounds do the rest.

DAY 5

Meditation: Positive Affirmations

Today, we practise the super-powerful ‘I am’ affirmations meditation, which can positively support direct orders to our subconscious mind.

DAY 6

Meditation: Being Present

On day six, we look at easing anxiety and overwhelm by bringing us back to the present with the affirmation, ‘I am here now’.

DAY 7

Meditation: Healing Light

We bring the experience to a close with the wonderful healing light meditation to release the day and ease into sleep.
