Hypnosis is a therapy that I am very passionate about, one that is not only a helpful tool for the mind with great results, but also deeply relaxing.

By speaking to the subconscious mind the practitioner can guide you to bring the subconscious in line with the conscious mind, helping you to dissolve old patterns and habits and create new ones. Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation. If you are looking to be hypnotised to jump around like a frog, you won’t experience that with me, please see a stage hypnotist instead! That is a common misconception with hypnotherapy and something I get asked about a lot, but it is important for me to clarify that nobody can make you do anything that you don’t want to do.

 

How can hypnosis be helpful to me?

I personally bring hypnosis into most coaching sessions because I find it is extremely effective, combined with others methods, in producing results. However, it is also a fantastic approach, when used in separate sessions, for letting go of fears and addictions, including the following:
