Zenme offers coaching in person and via Skype, with various life coaches worldwide, with myself as the head coach. Using all of the skills and tools I have accumulated through my time as an Athlete and Life and mindful living coach, along with what I have learnt through my training in coaching and hypnosis. The tools used at Zenme vary, depending on the needs of the client, but include Meditation, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy, Mindful living practices and many more.
“In this time where technology is taking over our world, the human species are starting a new revolution, an inward journey, seeking peace and answers within. This to me is most fascinating and I love supporting my clients through their individual journeys”. Camilla Sacre-Dallerup
Are you finding that you are feeling stuck in your life?
Maybe you are at a point in your professional career where you’re starting to ask yourself, is there more to life than this?
Or do you simply have a few bad habits that you just can’t seem to kick, no matter how hard you try?
If any of this sounds familiar, then Zenme is exactly what you are looking for and it is the reason why I started this company in the first place. I wanted to create a helpful community, accessible worldwide – Zenme is that community.
Through the years I have helped celebrities, business people and families find harmony, and I can truly say that watching all of them connect with the Zen within was more rewarding to me than any trophy I ever won. The coaches who are part of Zenme all have one common passion – to heal and to help others heal within.
We look forward to talking with you to discuss further how we can help facilitate your needs. Allow us the opportunity to show and guide you, from a fresh perspective, using the various tools at our disposal to ease you through these otherwise often difficult waters to navigate.
Camilla Sacre-Dallerup is an Author, Life Coach and Mindful living expert. She is also a NLP master practitioner coach, Certified Hypnotherapist and a popular meditation teacher at both Unplug Meditation and The Den Los Angeles. Before she started her Life coaching and motivational speaking business in the UK in 2009, she spent over 25 years as a successful competitive athlete in the world of Ballroom dancing. Camilla was part of the original cast of Strictly Come Dancing (the UK’s equivalent to the US’ Dancing with the Stars), and after winning the trophy in 2008, she left to focus on her wellbeing business. Throughout her years of competing and working in the media, one thing became very apparent to her, this was that when the body and mind is in harmony, you are connected and can be the best version of yourself. This enables you to deal with everyday situations from a very comfortable place.
Camilla is passionate about inspiring and teaching others to succeed, through her work as a Life coach, Hypnotherapist and meditation facilitator, by using not only the tools of NLP, Hypnosis, meditation and mindfulness, but also the knowledge she gained as a top athlete and media personality.
She is also a popular motivational speaker. This lead her to write her first self-help/autobiography, which was published in January 2015, in both the UK and US, called ‘Strictly Inspirational’. It is based on the premise ‘how I learnt to dream, act, believe to succeed’. Leading on from this, Camilla has founded her own Life Coaching, Hypnosis and meditation practice, ZENME, in Hollywood. Her mission is to inspire the world to make time for daily self-care and meditation. Camilla has just finished writing her second self-help book, due out in 2017, published by Watkins UK and US.
“Not only a life coach, but a lady who gets you to understand who you truly are and bring that belief out in you”. Victor Ortiz, Actor, professional boxer and WBC Welterweight
The word “Zen” is used today as a slang word for peaceful, relaxed and not worrying about the things you cannot change. This is the reason why I chose this word for my business. When you put it together with “me” you have ZENME. It simply describes my daily goal for myself and my clients. Saying Zenme to yourself soothes, relaxes and calms you in just one breath. Who wouldn’t want to go through every day like that?
Although in my business this is how the word Zen is meant to be interpreted, I am mindful that it is actually derived from the Chinese word ‘Chan’, which means meditation and is from the school of Mahayana Buddhism.
